**About this role**:
Play a key role in shaping the culture of a world-leading supplier behind some of the world’s most spectacular natural stone. Customers are the most important people in our client’s showrooms. Seeking a dedicated host to ensure that customers’ every need is met from the moment they enter the showroom. You will be well-versed in delivering Silver Service and present with poise and grace.

You will show initiative, and be passionate about our brand and the extensive history it represents, but most of all you’ll show our customers an experience like no other.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and onboarding all our showroom guests to our hospitality and our process
- Serving customers Barista-made coffee, cold beverages, and light snacks
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy at all times
- Maintaining all customer lounge supplies
- Ensuring the professional image of the showroom is maintained at all times
- You will enjoy talking to our guests and making them feel welcome during their visit
- Develop and maintain relationships
- Host guests (architects, builders, designers)
