**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
Due to an ever expanding workload, I am seeking a competent Roofer who has general experience in metal and tile roofing, to join me in my small but growing company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Roofing tasks**:

- Bedding and pointing ridge to a neat standard.
- The installation of metal flashings, lead & fast flash/waka.
- Gutter replacements and installations.
- Downpipe replacements and installations.
- Roof replacements, generally on the smaller side due to being solo.
- Gutter and box gutter cleaning.
- Roof pressure cleaning on sheets and tiles

**Client and team collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients, builders, and internal teams to provide outstanding service and maintain open, effective communication. If there is an issue with the product, installation or site, you’re expected to communicate this effectively and promptly to allow for maximum clarity and efficiency between all parties.

**Work Environment**:

- Uphold a clean, organised, and professional work environment. At EJRP we pride ourselves on our housekeeping and organisation as this allows for maximum efficiency and a great relationship with the client.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Experience**:2 years maintenance roofing experience.

**Certifications**:

- White card
- Safety at heights, ewp (preferred not required)
