Due to an internal promotion, Hymix are seeking a reliable, committed and safety-focused concrete Batcher to join our team in Coomera. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with the inclusion of Monday to Friday shifts, weekend work and overtime.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Manage batching and loading of Hymix fleet for delivery to our valued customers.
- Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilization and efficiency.
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries.
- Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

- Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
- Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning and troubleshooting
- Can efficiently support individual customer requests
- Want to contribute to the overall performance of the Hanson business
- Previous Concrete Batching experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be considered for this opportunity - training will be provided.
- HR Licence and Front End Loader experience will be an advantage but not essential.
