HR Partners is representing an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR in a renowned Australian brand in the non-for-profit and community services spaces based in the Norwest. This role will be at the forefront of HR leadership and manage a team of three P&C business partners in the business unit, and reports to the General Manager of People and Culture as the organisation goes through major transformation and change.
This role requires someone with previous senior HR management experience ideally in a similar industry/sector i.e., non-for-profit, community services and/or health care space.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to the business unit and the organisation’s overall strategic initiatives.
- Partnering with leaders on a wide spectrum of transformation and change management projects and initiatives that prioritise continuous improvements of policies, processes and structures, for example HRIS project implementation
- Working alongside P&C Centre of Excellence to collaborate across the business to design and implement workforce planning and succession, talent management, learning and development, health safety and well-being and culture and engagement initiatives.
- Data insights and forecasting for matters of the workforce in an industrial, environmental, and political environment.
- HR recommendations to senior leadership in accordance with compliances and legislation
- Support and coaching of leaders on all people leadership matters and business change and transformation.
**Requirements**:
- You are a dynamic, experienced, action oriented strategic thinker who is hands on and people centric with a strong commercial acumen
- A minimum of 6 year's experience in a Human Resource senior management level role
- Strong IR and ER experience and skill set (Enterprise Agreement Negotiations experience and Union Dealings) WHS and RTW experience, and knowledge of payroll
