**About the Position**:
Tooth Booth Carindale is seeking a highly organised and proactive Front Office Coordinator to join the team on a Part Time basis 4 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and smooth operation of our front office.

There will be ongoing training and support from our Cluster Manager.

**At it's core, this role is about**:

- Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
- Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly
- Social Media management
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation;
- Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments
- Training and orientation of new staff members

**What do you need to succeed ?**
- Experience as a Front Office Coordinator - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
