**About the Role**
Reporting to our General Manager, Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs, this role will see you be responsible for developing and executing a strategic narrative for BOQ Group, aligning to our strategic direction, purpose, and values. You’ll design and implement internal communications plans for group-wide communications and initiatives, positively contributing to employee experience and culture.

As our Head of Group Communications, you will have the opportunity to work with our Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs team, CEO office, Business managers and EAs, Exco, People and Culture team, Retail Communications team, Brand and Marketing team, and Community Investment Team. You’ll also have a team to help you along the way, that you’ll play a part in leading, guiding and developing.
