As a **Product Specialist** you will join our newly established Mooloolaba office. The role has a key focus on working with suppliers, entering their product and information into our reservation system and ensuring our offerings are relevant to our customers. You will have a passion for Australian travel and a high level of attention to detail.

Inside Australia Travel is part of the New Zealand Fine Touring Group which has its head office in Wanaka, New Zealand.

**What does the role look like?**
- Ensuring product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons
- Design and construct new products
- Assisting with product queries and questions from our sales team
- Ensuring our booking system is accurate and up-to-date
- Building strong relationships with travel suppliers and identifying new opportunities
- Updating client and supplier H&S information

**Requirements**:

- A passion for and experience in Australian travel industry
- Strong relationship builder
- Pro-active can do attitude
- Computer skills basic image editing, and data sorting
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills
- Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines
