Reception & Administration Assistant

Working as a receptionist or in administration and seeking an industry with a little more excitement? The position of Reception & Administration Assistant with Place Annerley could be just what you’re looking for. This is the perfect opportunity to enter the industry, and real estate knowledge / experience is not required.
This position will be best suited to those that thrive in a task driven environment and can work to strict timelines. Your learning will be encouraged by an experienced administration team as well as the Office Manager and Place HQ. This position is a great role to start exploring all possibilities within the real estate industry.

**This is a varied role with aspects of**:

- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Manage and maintain the meeting rooms cleanliness/upkeep;
- Assisting sales agents with the preparation of Form 6's, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
- Oversee marketing campaigns ensuring deadlines are met;
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need**:

- 1-2 years of prior administration or reception experience would be highly advantageous;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Passion and desire to help others succeed;
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
