**Description**:
This newly created role will provide administrative support to the Quality, Safety Environment Manager at our Beenleigh depot. This varied role will see you working with business units to help drive the safety requirements of SPA.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Organise and take minutes of SPA Safety Committee/QSHERTS and any other relevant safety meetings or working groups
Assisting in the creating and distributions of safety communications
Systems administration including prequalification and ISO auditing support
Update and maintain E-Newsletter register
Assist and liaise with regional admins with PPE ordering
Maintain incident report register
Support QSE manager with incident management and safety inspections
Injury management
Compliance management

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Position Criteria**:

- High level of computer literacy, particularly experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Understanding of current health and safety legislation, procedures, processes and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Time management and task prioritisation to meet business needs
