Little Zaks Academy is privately owned and family operated. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.

We have been operating through a year of exponential growth and have more on the horizon, as we continue to expand across NSW, with a key focus on delivering safe nurturing environments for children, and an excellent working environment for our employees.

As one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will be responsible for hiring high quality educators, and building our brand new teams.

The Talent Acquisition team for Little Zak's Academy has spent the last 3 months implementing a number of new systems, processes, procedures and initiatives, so you'll be stepping into a role that has all the tools and resources necessary to flourish in your day to day.

We are also in the process of developing some very pivotal (and exciting) brand new people and culture, recruitment, and learning initiatives.

That trend continues as the forecast for 2023 looks even more promising.

**About the Role**:
You'll be managing the hands-on recruitment of your own portfolio on a daily basis, which is high volume in nature, and be actively involved in the further development of other initiatives.

**About you**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Previous experience in Childcare or Early Education, ideal but not mandatory
- Proven ability to build strong internal relationships
- Solutions focused with a strong ability to problem-solve
- Happy to be hands-on recruiting on a day to day basis, in a high volume capacity, and be an active participant in new and exciting initiatives
