**The Role - Training Delivery Manager**

Currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and driven individuals to join our Training and Retail Coaching Team at CLX in each state of Australia.

We provide you with all the training and we need you to provide great customer service and want to learn and take on new opportunities.

This is a contract role and will involve local and some interstate travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-the-job training and coaching
- Provide exceptional support to our clients and their employees
- Deliver minor training programs for small groups as well as 1 on 1 sessions
- Administer training materials and reporting (very mínimal and no Assessments)
- Liaise with key stakeholders

**What you will bring to this role**:

- Exceptional energy and enthusiasm

- Fantastic communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- A personable and positive attitude
- Driver’s license and a reliable car
- Be available for 4-5-day block in a fortnight on average
- Able to work some weekends
- ABN
- Your own laptop or tablet for reporting (minor)
