Payroll Officer

Onsite position based in Chullora, NSW, 2190

- 8am starts with an estimated 20 hours a week work

Our client is a leading Transport and Logistics business located in Chullora.

They are looking for a strong Administrator with Accounts or Payroll Admin experience to join their fast paced team.

You will work with the time keeping system Kronos, to input, check and validate hours, cross reference paperwork against timekeeping system, report on any payroll errors, set up new employees in system, enter annual leave and personal leave entitlements and assist with weekly reporting.

This is a temporary position with part time hours and growth potential.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Calculating and entry of employee timesheets into payroll system Kronos
- Set up new employees into payroll system
- Enter annual leave and personal leave entitlements
- Generate weekly/daily payroll reports
- Raise Purchase orders for site expenses
- Authorise and process invoices
- General site administrative support

**Requirements for the role**:

- Payroll administration or accounts experience
- Experience working with Kronos payroll system highly regarded
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
