**About the team**

The Regional Infrastructure Development South Team in the Infrastructure and Place Division is in the process of delivering a once-in-a generation multi-billion program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety, create new places and connect communities for generations to come. We are dedicated and passionate team that is proud of the work we do and the supportive and flexible team culture we have built.

**The opportunity**

You will support Project teams in delivering high quality reporting associated with the effective development and delivery of complex major infrastructure projects.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide support in the management of financial information and control systems, analysis of works program information and reporting.
- Preparation of contract and technical documentation, including work orders, variations and the processing of payments for professional services contracts.
- Utilise procurement systems to support administration of the section, manage accounts and payments, monitor and audit equipment and supplies and manage bookings to procure specialist equipment.
- Provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to the project team, through the preparation of correspondence, including meeting minutes and memoranda, and maintenance of document and files to support the efficient operation of the section.
- Manage office records system by ensuring that all documentation is systematically recorded and filed for retrieval when required and administer “controlled documents”

**Key Knowledge and Experience**:

- Demonstrated professional administration experience particularly with regard for the provision of project support services to project teams or equivalent.
- A great eye for detail, ability to prioritize and strong coordination skills are a must.
- Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to research information and effectively prepare written reports, memoranda and correspondence.
- Experience in the use of business management systems (MS Office suite)
- Capacity to undertake procurement and financial support activities including ordering of goods and services, payment of invoices and producing financial reports for the administration of project budgets

**Salary and Benefits**

Transport Service Grade 5($83,262.00 - $87,502) plus superannuation and leave loading.
