**Team Assistant - Mortgage Operations**

**How will I Help?**

Group Operations (GO) consists of 4 lines of business with approximately 5300 people across five countries. Each Business delivers services for our customers and our people and manages significant spend across Westpac Group. Mortgage Operations is a key part of our Group Operations team and is responsible for bringing our Group vision to life by building a team of the best home loan experts focused on delivering ‘magic’ moments for our customers, business partners and each other. Mortgage Operations is a diverse operational business that handles originations, servicing and contact centre functions across all Westpac Group brands. Each year our 1,400 strong team (situated in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Bangalore, and Manila) help approximately 245,000 customers buy a home and settle $75bn in consumer home lending per annum.

The Team Assistant contributes to this vision by providing professional administrative support and coordination to assigned team(s). This includes the efficient coordination of the office function including internal and external customer support and relationship management, expense management, travel administration, technology troubleshooting, general administration, and office management.

You will be a key Member of the Mortgage Operations Team within Group Operations; Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS) and your role will be paramount to helping contribute to the delivery of Westpac's vision. The Leadership and Support stream contributes to this vision by being customer focused to meet their home lending needs, through leading the business both strategically and operationally to deliver superior customer outcomes or through supporting the leadership teams to deliver these outcomes.

**What do I need?**
- Intermediate: MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
- Ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels.
- A working style that is team oriented and flexible and the ability to handle pressure.
