**About the Role**
- A full-time, Permanent QSE Administrator is required to work within our corporate Head Office (initially in Northbridge and then moving to St Leonards in June 23)
- Supporting the WHSE team in planning, controlling and continually improving QSE to achieve performance targets
- Contributing to ensuring completed projects achieve QSE and welfare performance targets
- Compilation of monthly reporting and monthly statistical analysis
- Promotion of a culture which strives to achieve excellence in project delivery, whereby teams endeavour to deliver a high-quality product in a safe, timely and environmentally responsible manner.
- Contribute to the progressive review, development and maintenance of the overall Quality Management System and all associated policies and procedures.
- Assist with controlled issue and communication of the requirements of the Quality Management System
- Facilitate the internal, global “Top Site” Accreditation initiative within the Company
- Assist with providing recommendations to the broader business in relation to the effectiveness of the Company Management System, primarily based upon audit findings / results, observations and internal & external feedback
- Assist with the timely and accurate progress and performance reporting, with particular reference to levels of implementation, audit findings, non-conformances, corrective actions and opportunities for improvement
**To be successful in this role you would require**:
- You will have Tertiary qualifications in Office Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or Quality (or equivalent). Internal Auditor Qualification (QMS Systems) is desired but not essential.
- We are looking for circa 2 years’ experience working on construction projects in a demonstrated Administrative or Quality focused Administrative role (with some exposure to WHS functions)
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office suite and proven computer dynamism is very important
- Working under an ISO Accredited system and exposure to maintaining relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies, procedures and tools.
- You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels with confidence and compassion
- You will be highly organised and be able to work as part of a small team as well as having the initiative to work independently.
