**Description**:
**About the role**:
The Project Administrators will ensure the efficient coordination of people and project specific administrative duties, working daily along the project team at all levels. The Project Administrators will be based on site, on either a 14:7 roster or a 5:2 roster if based locally. Responsibilities & duties include:
- Manage the mobilisation of all site personnel including travel and accommodation bookings for Project employees
- Oversee management of camp capacity limits and communications
- Coordinate the management of weekly timesheets for payroll, including collating and coding data
- Assist Project team with procurement activities where required including raising purchase orders, coding of invoices and placing stationery orders for site offices
- Manage adhoc administrative support duties as directed by Project Management Team
- Assist with cost reconciliations where required including Visa Card statements, receipting and supplying relevant information to Accounts Payable for processing
- Maintain and manage various spreadsheets and reporting data in line with project requirements
- Assist with other site duties as required, including pickups and delivery of gear to the jobsite and other duties directed by the Superintendent but only after all dockets for day work have been checked and received

The successful applicant will be a clear communicator, have a proactive outlook and be results & timeline driven. The successful applicant will have the following:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- Construction card
- Industry Safety Induction
- Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence
- 3+ year experience in a similar position
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, previous experience in Jobpac (desirable)
