**The Company**:
Our client is the largest privately owned company in South Australia, and they are currently in a massive growth period, growing their network across NSW, VIC and Tasmania. They are on the search for a leasing executive with a solid background in the industry to join their team and help with the expansion of the business.

**_The Position, but not limited to:_**
- You will work in a very structured office that has procedures in place to help you become a successful Retail Leasing Executive. You will be mentored and supported by one of the leading Retail Companies_
- Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants and owners
- Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc
- Negotiations
- Maintaining and advising around the correct tenant mix
- Deliver leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes for both owners and tenants
- _Retail leasing experience required_
- Hungry to grow their career as a Leasing Executive
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Deals-focused and proven track record
- Immaculately presented
- Appropriate registrations
