As a Renderer at Crown Solid Plaster, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the aesthetics and durability of our construction and renovation projects. We are seeking a talented and experienced Renderer to join our team in Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Material Mixing**: Mix rendering materials, such as cement, sand, and additives, to achieve the desired consistency and texture.

**Application Techniques**: Utilize a variety of rendering techniques, including traditional hand rendering and machine rendering, to achieve the desired finish.

**Color and Texture Matching**: Ensure color and texture consistency by matching existing finishes or following architectural specifications.

**Quality Control**: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and is free from defects.

**Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other construction professionals, including builders, architects, and project managers, to meet project goals and timelines.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Renderer in the construction or renovation industry.

Proficient in various rendering techniques and materials.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
