We are seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to join our friendly cellar door team at Eling Forest Winery, a boutique winery located at the pictureque southern highlands.

In this casual role, you'll be resposible for:
Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service

Conducting informative and engaging wine tastings

Sharing your knowledge of our wines and the Southern Highlands wine region

Processing wine sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience

Take bookings, process orders, and handle phone enquiries

Maintaining a clean and inviting cellar door environment

We are looking for someone who:
Has good wine knowledge

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is enthusiastic and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life

A positive and can do attitude and ability to work autonomously

Holds an RSA Licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $45.94 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
