**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Hourly Rate**:$58.23 - $70.05.12 p/h + 11.5% super
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed position descriptions for diverse roles within the TAFE environment.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to ensure alignment of position descriptions with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Conduct job analysis and research to accurately reflect responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies required for each role.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and educational standards in all position descriptions.
- Support workforce planning initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on job market trends and internal needs.
- Facilitate workshops and consultations to gather input from staff and management on role expectations and requirements.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, HR, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct job analyses and synthesize information effectively.
- Advanced writing skills with great attention to detail and proficiency in use of MS Office products
- Excellent organisational, time management, and administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively to complete multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Familiarity with employment legislation and educational frameworks in Victoria is an advantage.
