We have an excellent opportunity available immediately to fill the position of Gas Inspection Administrator based at our Jandakot office.

Using your excellent customer service and organisation skills, you will provide professional customer service and administrative support to the Gas Utilisation Inspection team. This includes contacting customers to book inspections, maintaining various business systems, and ensuring accurate management of data and information related to gas inspection operations.

What you will contribute to:

- Scheduling appointments with customers for Inspections via outbound and inbound calls and managing dairy appointments of Inspectors accordingly.
- Provision of support to customers and gas fitters with gas inspection-related queries. Training will be provided.
- Undertaking data management activities to maintain the integrity of information associated with various Gas Inspection activities. This includes updating and maintaining data in relation to Inspector's Orders, Notices of Completion, Notices of Defects, Notices of Rectification and Notices of Intent.
- Assisting in the preparation, collation and distribution of Gas Inspection documentation
- Coordinating meetings, processing purchase orders and providing general ad-hoc administrative support to the Gas Utilisation Inspection Team.

About you:

- Experience in a similar customer service or administrative support position, preferably within the utility industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for quality and high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills include utilising a range of information systems (SAP is preferable).
- Highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities
- Ability to learn and undertake complex processes, identify and implement improvement initiatives and update procedures accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively as part of the team
