ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is expanding its **Wholesale Banking** team due to growth and we’re searching for an experienced** Know Your Customer** (**KYC) Analyst** to join our high performing team.

We’re looking for someone from an **institutional/wholesale banking background** who has **solid experience in performing KYC activities for new/existing clients.**

As our **Wholesale Banking** **KYC Analyst**, you’ll be involved in doing client outreach and conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on complex legal structures to ID/verify key parties, red flag assessment and FATCA/CRS.

Bringing your previous experience as a **KYC analyst**, we’re looking for someone with demonstrated high KYC quality/minimum rework coupled with the ability to work under high pressure with complex topics.

You’ll love this role if you are **self-motivated, inquisitive, have exceptional analytical skills and a passion/curiosity to learn.**

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Assessing KYC documents and information required to complete KYC assessment
- Analysis of entity ownership structure to identify UBOs and red flags
- Performing Name/Adverse Media Screening and assessing the hits
- Conducting overall risk assessment of the entity
- Participating in process improvement initiatives

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience conducting KYC for Institutional/Wholesale banking clients
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural customer centric/service orientation to support our front office and clients
