We are looking for Speech Pathology Assistants who are passionate about providing person-centred supports and intervention for clients across the lifespan.
You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical knowledge in a friendly, well supported Speech Pathology team and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
You will be working within and guided by a team of Speech Pathologists, assisting them in delivering supports and interventions to our clients. Our clients will include people with various diagnoses and disability types.
Whilst the role will be based primarily from our paediatric clinic in Pakenham, you will also have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.
You will have access to administration and IT support, high quality and validated Speech Pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation as well as career progression.

**Learning and Development**
**Graduate Programs**
If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program
**A few requirements**:
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology or Cert IV accreditation in Allied Health Assistance (Speech Pathology)
- Experience working within the NDIS sector (preferred)
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
