**What your day might look like**:

- Drive sales to achieve established targets and budgets
- Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing training of new team members
- High-volume stock management
- Manage and maintain store rosters

**What we’re looking for from you**:

- Big box/ large volume retail management experience
- Strong business acumen with P&L exposure
- Demonstrated experience in performance management
- Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to seamlessly multitask and time manage
