**A bit about the role**

Lead the oversight and management of the council's DAI (Data, Analytics, and Integrations) in alignment with business system solutions. Collaborate with the organization to pinpoint and execute strategies for achieving optimal operational efficiency. In this role, you will spearhead and assist our DAI team in delivering technology solutions that are outcome-focused and tailored to address identified needs and enhancement opportunities.

**What you’ll deliver**
- Provide strong leadership and support to our high performing DAI (Data, Analytics and Integrations) team
- Identify and implement solutions both across improvements and issue remedy
- Work closely with leaders around the organisation to identify priorities across systems
- Refine and enhance integration and data analytics across systems to support the organisation

**What you’ll bring**
- Proactive results driven attitude, motivating and inspiring others to create exceptional business outcomes
- Experience working and leading high performing systems projects and/or teams
- Well adapted communication skills, being able to liaise with stakeholders across the organisation, influence and inspiring decision making
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Commence or Business with demonstrated experience in specialist service field
- A positive, curious and flexible mind
