Our NSW branch is based in Alexandria, covering the entire Sydney basin and regional areas, we supply and install commercial-grade audio-visual equipment to the educational, government, and corporate sectors.

**About the Position: Audio-Visual Junior Service Technician**

We are looking for a motivated individual with a willingness to learn and expand their industry knowledge. As a junior Technician, your focus will be on supporting the installation team in deploying end t end AV solutions. In addition to installation you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience configuring, updating, and programming AV components and systems. You will be provided with everything you need to develop your skills ranging from tools to support and training from industry leaders.

- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

- Desire to learn and develop your career.

**Preferred but not required**:

- Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with audio-visual equipment (Installation and setup).
- A general understanding of network infrastructure.
- Basic skills working with a range of power tools.
