The roleReporting to the Director Portfolio and Project Management, Office of the Deputy Director-General you will lead the development, implementation and review of work programs and projects to ensure effective delivery of operations for the Deputy Director-General, Corporate Services Division.
You will identify business and organisational improvements and drive change, providing specialised knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to workforce management systems and business transformation. In addition, you will provide strategic, professional and timely advice to the Director Portfolio and Project Management ensuring that organisational issues and priorities and their impact on Corporate Services Division are appropriately managed.
You will analyse complex and/or multi-faceted situations and problem solve in a timely manner. You will also prepare confidential, complex reports, briefings and correspondence and initiate action associated with financial, procurement, human resource and other matters as required.
The successful personYou will have proven success and high-level experience in business enhancement and transformational change management and leadership. In addition, you will have demonstrated experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of project management and change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex environment. You will also have advanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross team collaboration to support effective business change and transition.
