**Job Summary**:
The warehouse specialist will be responsible for maintaining delivered goods, materials and stock, and communicating with customers, stakeholders, and other departments to resolve issues. This is a physical role whilst maintaining accurate details of warehouse inventory, so will suit someone who enjoys these aspects of the position who is also extremely organised.

**Responsibilities**:

- Documentation & System Updates
- Updates and closes shipment orders in a timely fashion
- Receives, distributes, and tracks daily shipments and tracks duration of how long materials are in storage

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintains records of materials received and shipped; rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary and notifying appropriate stakeholders
- Works with customers and other departments to escalate and resolve shipping and receiving issues
- Maintains appropriate consumable stock levels (e.g. cable connectors, ordering materials at specified minimums)
- Manages stored and/or abandoned equipment
- Removes/disposes of all packing material from the data centre

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Completion of Higher School Certificate
- 2 + years experience in warehouse/shipping or related related position
- Ability to work in a physical role lifting upto 20kg

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

- San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $47,000 to $71,000
- California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $43,000 to $65,000
- Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $39,000 to $59,000

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
