Our team is growing and we currently are seeking a **Head of Procurement to Pay (P2P)**, employed on a **Full Time **basis, to work from one of our capital city offices.

The Head of P2P is part of a dynamic team that works seamlessly with all parts of the business and is willing to challenge the status quo, offer solutions and build better foundations for business growth.

The role has overall responsibility for the P2P system at ISS, including managing any systems upgrades, integrations, system management and maintenance, content management. as well as seeking better P2P processes across the business.

**The Position**:

- Manage content on Coupa to encourage broader use of the system and to drive broader Supply Chain & Procurement objectives, such as consolidation of suppliers
- Compile analytical data and solutions to inform the Category Managers of potential buying channel saving strategies
- Resolve any issues with an existing integration which cause it to function in an undesired manner, for example, punch out not working, processing with suppliers not working
- Set up and manage a reporting regime that reporting frequently on system status to key stakeholders
- Support the implementation of quarterly feature releases, managed by the Group Coupa team
- Carry out the implementation and maintenance of supplier integrations into Coupa
- Actively manage the integration of other ISS’ systems into Coupa
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance ISS processes P2P processes

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Functional Coupa expertise to support content enablement and system configurations, including being Certified in the Coupa software
- 5 years’ experience using procurement methodologies to drive business optimisations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High level time management and organisational skills
- Able to deal with multiple issues, pressures and deadlines concurrently
- Flexibility for the completion of urgent projects beyond agreed working hours
- Confidentiality at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of customer service skills
- Track record of successfully delivering global implementations/transformation projects in a matrix organisation
- In depth analysis experience using multiple data sources to explore and agree a baseline and promote procurement savings.
- Evidence using influencing and negotiation skills to gain stakeholder approval in project execution
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with difficult stakeholders and conflict management
- A self-starter that demonstrates initiative with a “can do” attitude

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline (Procurement or Supply Chain).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project
- CIPS qualified or working towards completion
- Project Management Certified
