- You are an **experienced leader or assistant manager** with experience in a **retail/beauty/skincare/spa/aesthetics environment**,
- You're **passionate about training, mentoring and inspiring** your team to get the best results for their clients,
- You have a keen **interest in beauty/aesthetics** and believe you will thrive in working in this industry,
- If you have experience working as a therapist or a background in beauty, this would be advantageous but not required,
- Your ultimate goal is to support your team to thrive in a client-focused environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
