**The Role**

The Service Outcomes Coordinator provides a wide-ranging administrative support, process development, data management and provision of high quality, accurate and reliable reports. This position is responsible for providing data to the Custodial Mental Health management team and liaising with a range of stakeholders. This position is required to improve the capacity of the service to report on clinical activity and outcomes associated with that activity.

The position will also provide advanced clerical and administrative services that have a whole of service remit. The advice and support provided by this position are offered to services across all Custodial Mental Health teams.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
- Demonstrated skills in information technology, software and hardware support, and experience in the use of computer word processing; Excel; Access and PowerPoint Software and statistical packages.
- All staff are required to complete and submit a Pre-employment Health Declaration Form
- Dependent on position applied for you will need to complete/provide a Working with Children Check (WWCC), National Criminal Record Check (NCRC) and/or Aged Care Check

**Our Service and Team**

Custodial Mental Health (CMH) is a specialist mental health service within the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network that provides a range of mental health services to adults in NSW correctional centres.

CMH includes a specialist mental health team with mental health nurses (MHNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), Aboriginal Mental Health Clinicians, psychiatrists, career medical officers (CMOs), and psychiatry registrars who are supported by administrative and managerial staff.

CMH clinicians work alongside staff from other clinical streams and CSNSW staff, including Psychology, Offender Services and Programs, and Custodial Operations staff in the provision of mental health services. Mental health services begin at the point of reception and continue through to release from custody or transfer to another correctional centre.
