Overview:
Preparation and assembly of component materials to generate complete safety products for stocking and sale.

Comply with all MSA work instructions and Quality & Safety practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- 45%

1.
- Prepare and assemble materials into quality safety products_

Diligently adhere to documented work instructions.- Assembled products to adhere to acceptable quality standards & product specifications.- Testing the quality of the finished products.- Ensure consistent labelling and packaging of completed materials.- Complete all necessary documents associated with the production process.- Assembly tasks to include (but not limited to):
- Faceshields
- Hard Hats / caps - suspensions, miners brackets and decals
- Cylinder checking and assembly
- Kitting of related materials for sale
- Testing and assembly of SCBA

2.
- Pad Print Branding of hard hats and caps_

Mixing of inks to specified consistency.- Pad Print machine setup and checking.- Printing and drying of company logos.- Unpacking / Repacking and labelling of materials.- Assembly of suspensions.10%

3.
- Work area setup and maintenance_

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment including the structuring of raw materials, assembly area and finished products.- Must follow work instructions and all Quality and Safety practices as documented and trained.- If trained, Operation of forklift and pallet jack and replenishment of stock for work areas.- Stock takes and cycle counts as required.Qualifications:

- Manual dexterity & ability to work with hand tools
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency to visually monitor product and report / rectify defects
