The Advanced Tree Company, a reputable whole tree nursery located in Mornington, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are currently offering both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours that accommodate school schedules.

**Responsibilities**: As a Tree Nursery Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and appearance of our trees. Your responsibilities will include:

- Pruning and shaping trees to promote healthy growth and appealing aesthetics.
- Staking and tying trees to provide necessary support during their growth.
- Updating and managing production stock data to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure a well-maintained and organized nursery environment.
- Following established safety protocols to guarantee a secure work environment for all staff.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine interest in horticulture and a passion for trees.
- Basic knowledge of tree pruning and shaping techniques (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing production stock data.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a nursery or landscaping setting is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
