**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- The successful applicant will be highly enthusiastic, who have good understanding of purchasing and warehouse principles. Manual handling is a major requirement of the job so you must be physically capable of lifting and moving product safely.
- Casual Employment
- Imprest/scan (bar-coding) at ward level & coordinate the prompt delivery of goods to wards and departments while adhering to stock rotation
- Working within a team of other staff performing similar functions and supporting each other
- Administration & manual handling is a regular requirement of the role
- This position is day shift only (no weekend or after hours)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have solid store/warehousing experience preferably including handling of sterile goods in a clean warehouse environment
- Strong computer literacy with purchasing experience, knowledge of inventory/warehouse systems
- Good communications skills in dealing with many stakeholders in the hospital
- Have passion to be best and continually raise the standard of service to the wards
