**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate III in Engineering (Light Fabrication) with extensive industry experience.
- Proficient in reading drawings, plans, and specifications for stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium.
- Expertise in programming and operating brake press and bending equipment.
- Capable of cutting, grinding, and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC), with skills in stainless steel polishing.
- Proficient with hand and power tools and meticulous attention to quality control.
- Exceptional fabrication and welding skills.
- A forklift licence and WP/EWP Ticket are advantageous.
- Proven track record in a similar role within manufacturing/fabrication.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Interpret complex drawings and specifications for various materials.
- Operate advanced equipment for bending, pressing, and precision cutting.
- Master stainless steel polishing techniques and use tools efficiently.
- Enforce rigorous quality control, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
- Work independently and as part of a team, showcasing welding and fabrication skills.
- Assemble, fit, and conduct quality assurance checks for the final product.
- Excel in polishing, filing, sanding, and cleaning assembled products.
