**The role**

The Pallet Coordinator plays an important role in the coordination of empty pallet collections from our customer’s sites, utilising contract collectors as well as LODs.

We are looking for a friendly, versatile and reliable person to join our team. Based at our Stapylton site this 'hands on' role needs someone who has the ability to multi task and adapt to changing priorities.

Reporting to the National Pallet Coordinator, you will be working as part of the logistics team who will help you learn about our products and systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Direct customer contact, calling customers to initiate pallet returns
- Coordinate the collection and return of pallets from sites within Australia
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to establish collection cycles
- Manage pallet collectors to ensure pallets are collected quickly and efficiently
- Processing of pallet returns and collector payments in SAP
- Logistics Administration Tasks

**What you will need to succeed**
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Ability to prioritise and think on your feet
- Demonstrated high level computer skills, Excel experience would be an advantage
- Analytical skills, with the ability to work with raw data
- SAP experience is desirable
