About the opportunity

Mercy Place Mont Clare is a 73 bed capacity nursing home situated in the town Claremont WA.- Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach.- To deliver high quality pastoral care for residents, families and staff- To respond effectively to the diverse spiritual and religious needs of residents- To promote a contemporary understanding of pastoral and spiritual care with residents, families and staff- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A NDIS Check.- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
