**About the company**

We have full-time positions available for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our teams in Geelong and Mount Gambier.

**About the role**

Identify and find clients/employers and develop long-term relationships

Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

Offer CV, interview, and general career advice

**About you**

Have minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment Services, human resource management or similar will be highly regarded

Have bachelor degree or higher

Passionate about making a difference to your client’s lives

Achieve and exceed KPI's with interview and placement targets in place

Capable of handling difficult situations and managing conflict

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, employers, internal and external stakeholders

Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail

Current driver’s license

Performance is part of our culture as it encourages us to help more people. Your role will attract a base salary plus an uncapped incentive commission, rewarding you for your success in placing jobseekers into suitable employment.

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
