We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Rostering facilitator to join our Rostering Team to help us to continue supporting our growing client / lifestylers base.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities may include**:

- Allocating staff with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to each lifestyler
- Organising staff rosters to minimise changes to the service and travel between lifetyler’s homes
- Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts including finding replacement if staff call in sick or are unable to work.
- Answering incoming calls for the Service and making calls to clients, staff, and service providers

This is a permanent full-time position working from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm based at our Beenleigh office.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in coordinating services in a demanding environment
- Experience working within the community services sector -SIL homes, disability and mental health is favourable.
- Exceptional customer service skills including key phone mannerisms.
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organise own workload with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills responding to service requests
- Ability to work amongst a team while consulting with other organisations' stakeholders
- Proven experience using a rostering system and the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award is favourable.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
