**The Company**

A medium sized and privately owned civil specialist engineering design consultancy who have a friendly and supportive culture where employees are central to everything that they do. As they continue to grow, staff are growing with them and opportunities to further your career are plentiful.

They deliver a range of land development, urban development and road infrastructure projects from their fresh and modern office in North Sydney, there is also a Civil Drafter position available from their Paramatta office.

**The Role**

As part of their growth strategy, a key hire has been identified for a Civil Drafter to join the company at various different experience levels; whether you're Junior to Senior we want to hear from you You will have opportunities for further career growth and progression, with ambition and a can-do attitude always rewarded.

**The Responsibilities**

As a Civil Drafter you will be working across a range of land development, urban development and road infrastructure projects within a team.

**The Requirements**

You will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience delivering land development or urban development projects using AutoCAD is essential
- 3+ years of experience predominantly working for an Australian engineering design consultancy
- The ability to work to tight deadlines within a project office environment
- Full working rights in Australia
