**About the role**
Are you a skilled truck mechanic with leadership experience? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a Truck Workshop Foreman. This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position in a bustling workshop.

**Duties**
- Supervise and guide the workshop team to ensure efficient operations.
- Allocate tasks to mechanics and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards.
- Assist in hands-on mechanical tasks as needed (20% of the role).

**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience as a qualified truck mechanic.
- Experience with Mercedes Benz Trucks is highly desirable.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
