**Description**:
We are looking for a Parts Technician to join our team in our Oakbank workshop. This fulltime opportunity is ideal for someone technically minded who is looking to further develop their career in Agriculture. Our Parts department is in the centre of the action, you have key engagement with our Customers and liaise directly with our Service and Sales teams. If you are a confident communicator with a strong team ethic and a passion for delivering a high-level customer service, then this could be the career pathway for you.

**This customer centric role will see you**:
Act as the key point of call for all Retail Parts Sales
Handle all Internal sales to Service and Sales departments
Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
