We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing Marketing & Business Development team in Abbotsford, Victoria.

**About the role**:

- Marketing Coordinator

Care Connect operates in a highly competitive environment where its success relies on connecting clients to safe, effective, and personalised services.

The effectiveness of the _coordination and marketing traffic management _provided by the _Marketing Coordinator _is fundamental to the Care Connect marketing team achieving its purpose.

The Marketing Coordinator will achieve this by:

- Coordinating a range of online and offline marketing activities to achieve the business goals for growth.
- Managing incoming requests from stakeholders including triaging requests through to appropriate team members.
- Supporting client communications through CRM, Hubspot and Mailchimp

**A typical day**:

- no two days alike

You will be a valued member of the team and add value every day. You'll be managing traffic through the marketing team, interacting with agencies and stakeholders throughout the business. You will track budgets, monitor advertising (print and digital), assist with community engagement and other marketing initiative ranging from sales support to research. There will be ample opportunity to grow your skills and get involved with key projects.

You have:

- Marketing or Business degree/certification (highly desirable)
- Minimum 2-year experience in an administration/ marketing/ customer service role
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and entering data
- Well-developed time and priority management skills to support your team to meeting KPIs
- Ability to be self-motivated and continuously self-improve
- Competent in MS office suite and an aptitude to learn new systems
- Active-listening and verbal communication skills
- $61- $65k + super + (Pre-tax $15,900 salary packaging NFP)
