**About the role**

The Orthotic/Prosthetic Technician is required to assist the orthotists/prosthetists in the production of high quality orthoses/prostheses provided to inpatients, outpatients and outreach patients of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN).

In house training is provided for the manufacturing of devices via laminating and vacuum forming plastics. You will work part of a small team in a workshop environment where experience of hand skill and machinery is preferred but not essential. This job is suitable for an early career. This job does not involve patient contact.
