**Role Details**:

- **Location**: Coolaroo, VIC
- **Reporting To**: PBL Technical Product Manager
- **Key Focus**: Manage existing and new PBL accounts, providing technical support, fostering customer relationships, and promoting sustainable growth within the plasterboard and packaging industries.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver high-quality technical service and support to PBL customers, ensuring strong communication and resolution of quality issues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth with new business opportunities and product offerings.
- Conduct regular customer visits (interstate & international travel will be required), manage inventory, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, operations & planning to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop new products to expand Visy’s market reach and ensure alignment with OHS policies.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within plasterboard, paper, packaging, or related industries.
- Strong technical understanding of plasterboard, paper, packaging or related products and proven commercial acumen.
- 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience, ideally within plasterboard, paper, packaging or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP.
