MDHS is seeking a Grade 1 Exercise Physiologist to join our Community Services team in this permanent role. This position will involve providing a range of assessment and interventions, including health behaviour counselling, exercise activity prescription and exercise supervision. **Exercise Physiologist**

**Permanent Part Time - 40 hours per fortnight**

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and eligibility for full membership with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Demonstrated evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.

**Specialist Expertise**
- Knowledge of chronic and age-related conditions.
- Demonstrated understanding and skills in group work.
- Established practice in the principles of client-centred practice.
- Understanding and skills in health promotion and program development.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
