**About the role**:
**PTC are currently seeking a **full-time **team member who is dedicated and driven **Device Technician (Door-to-Door) **for the city of **Sydney ****
**Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.**
**Role Expectations**:
- **Must **have minimum 1 year phone repair experience**:
- **Available in store, going door-to-door, and on the road**:
- **Maximum 4 days on the road**:
- **IRP Certified preferred**:
- **Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times**:
- **Assisting our frontline staff with sales when in store**
