This ‘Tech Communications Manager’ role is designed to support Connected Technology Group (CTG) as part of the Strategy Growth and Enablement Team. This role focuses on enabling KPMG employees to optimise a consistent and efficient approach to using Tech as part of their day jobs. We have pockets of leading edge tech and fantastic hacks for how to optimise such tasks as data management, process automation and smart ways to execute BAU office tasks, however there is an inconsistent approach and awareness of how to adopt this digital mindset. The Tech Comms Manager will be the key resource to tell these stories in a compelling way to get cut through and contribute to changing employees behaviours to align to a more digital adoption and execution.

The Tech Comms Manager will need to have strong stakeholder management skills to co-design outputs with KPMG’s Internal Communications team, Business Transformation Change team & the CTG SME’s responsible for the content. We’re looking for someone who has the energy and creative execution powers to navigate the challenges and deliver wow factor comms.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum experience in the following:

- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in administration, marketing or operations role
- Experience in a corporate organisation essential and professional services an advantage
- A successful history of delivering on time, negotiating / escalating issues if required and comfortable working with people at all levels
- Experience in people related field and/or communications
- Strong drive and resilience; capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple different tasks and projects through to completion
- Ability to take the initiative, forward plan and find pragmatic solutions
- Pro-active and results oriented approach
- Outstanding attention to detail
