**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to determine formwork requirements for each project.
- Construct formwork structures using various materials, such as timber, metal, or engineered formwork systems, ensuring accuracy, stability, and structural integrity.
- Install and align formwork components according to specified measurements and angles, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Pour and place concrete into formwork structures, ensuring proper consolidation and removal of air pockets.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure the seamless integration of formwork construction within the overall construction process.
- Adhere to project timelines, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a formworker in the civil construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of formwork construction techniques, practices, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
