ANZ Supply Chain is responsible for the End-to-End Supply Chain for Australia and New Zealand. We work very closely with the Markets Business Functions and Regional Supply Chain teams (Planning, Logistics, Solution, Aftersales) to ensure we provide the best service and experience to our customers.

Each market business environment is unique and independent, and they require different support, and our goal is to make sure that cluster can meet their financial targets. We also play a critical role as a bridge between functions and region and ensure strategy, insights and needs are shared from both parties.

**About the Role**:
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Managing the end-to-end logistics service to fulfil the demand from both our B2B and B2C customers
- Lead the daily execution of inbound and outbound activities
- Own the resolution to manage the daily operation exceptions
- Coordinate with the sales order processing team to secure precise and in-time order entry
- Lead the logistics resource and capacity planning with 3PL to fulfil the demand fluctuation during peak and promo seasons
- Lead the logistics SOP to drive the operation compliance with 3PL
- Lead the reverse logistics, regular review of the return policy and assess the risk and opportunity to drive operation efficiency, compliance, and brand protection
- Initiate projects to enhance the operation reliability and stability
- Deliver the targets set for Logistics Operation (OTIF, Deliver to Promise, etc)
- Work with Region for the annual supplier RFQ process and relevant contract management
- Lead the logistics spending and drive the cost saving project to achieve the annual saving target
- Lead the logistics systems and actively adapt new techniques to achieve higher logistics efficiency and visibility
- Lead the inventory management and make sure root cause is investigated and continuous improvement is implemented
- Engaging with internal/external parties to drive the business needs
- Lead the customs engagement to understand regulation and industry knowledge
- Lead the management of Special Operations: quality reworks, late configuration reworks, replacement of damaged packaging, bundling, in/out trade material
- Ensure the e-commerce delivery experience is optimised
- Ensure all the process's are documented and updated in a timely manner

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be result-oriented and able to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will bring your strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills to this role along with your cross functional team skills and process driven mindset.

Previous skills & experience:

- Solid experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Logistics experience in eCommerce field or FMCG industry is a plus
- Experience of LEAN logistics management, project management is preferred
- Good knowledge of logistics systems, e.g. WMS, SAP
